Privacy Policy

Who we are

TYOU LLC (“TYOÜ,” “we,” “us”) is an Idaho limited liability company building Talent Universe, planned to launch in early 2027. This policy explains what we collect through our pre-launch website at tyou.ai, including the waitlist form, and how we use it.

It does not cover the Talent Universe product, which will have its own privacy policy when it launches.

Information you give us

When you join the waitlist, we store the following. Company details are only requested if you tell us you own a company or are part of a hiring team.

If you email us directly, we keep that message and your address so we can reply.

Information collected automatically

We don’t use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. Some information is still processed when you visit:

• How you found us. With your signup, we store the referring website (such as linkedin.com) and any campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign). This tells us which channels work. We don’t store your IP address with your signup.
• Hosting and security. Our site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and protect it from attacks.
• Spam protection. The waitlist form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks browser and device signals to tell people from automated bots.
• Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google when a page loads.
• LinkedIn links. If you follow a link to our LinkedIn page, LinkedIn’s own privacy policy applies there.

How we use it

We use your information only to:

• send occasional updates about TYOÜ and the launch of Talent Universe,
• tell you when you can create an account,
• if you signed up as a company, contact you personally about early access,
• understand, in aggregate, who is interested and how they found us,
• keep the waitlist free of spam and abuse,
• meet legal obligations.

We will never sell or rent your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to anyone else’s mailing list. Joining the waitlist doesn’t create a Talent Universe account or a job application.

Who processes it for us

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, and only as described here.

Google LLC	Serves the website’s fonts and hosts our tyou.ai email (Google Workspace), including messages you send us

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to a successor if TYOU LLC is acquired or merged. A successor must honor this policy for information collected under it.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we may keep your email address on a suppression list so we don’t email you again by mistake.

Your choices and rights

You can do any of these at any time, free of charge:

• Unsubscribe using the link in any update email, or by emailing us.
• See the information we hold about you.
• Correct it, for example by changing your email address.
• Delete it.

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to complain to a data protection authority. We’ll honor those rights where they apply.

Security

Waitlist data is stored in a database on Cloudflare, sent over encrypted connections and accessible only to authorized TYOÜ team members. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there is less to protect.

Where your information is stored

TYOU LLC is based in the United States. Your information is stored and processed in the United States, and our providers may process it in other countries where they operate.

Children

The waitlist is not intended for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We’ll post any changes on this page and update the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use information you’ve already given us, we’ll email you before it takes effect.
